FAQ

Why are there no payment options on this website?
Since Jack & July is still just a fledgling business, we have decided to accept payment options that do not charge royalties.  Nearly all forms of online payment e-commerce businesses can employ require a percentage royalty per transaction or a lump sum fee.  We apologize for any inconvenience this presents and hope you can understand our logic as we help our little business off the ground.

What forms of payment do you accept?
You can pay with an interact e-transfer or via PayPal.  If neither of those are an option for you, we'd be glad to accept payment the old-fashioned way: a check or cash via mail.  While completing your order, please state which form of payment you prefer to use in the "Questions/Comments" section.  If this has not been mentioned, we will contact you to set up payment.

When can I expect my order?
Once your payment has been received, your order will be shipped within one week.  Depending on where you live, the shipping time will vary.  All orders will be shipped through Canada Post Regular Parcel services, unless you have specified otherwise.

I live in southern Alberta, can I pick up instead of having my order shipped?
Absolutely!  In the "Questions/Comments" section of the order form simply let us know you're local and we will arrange a pick up place and time for you.

I make handmade baby and children's goods, can I sell them on Jack & July?
Jack & July was created with the vision of being a place where multiple amateur retailers could list and sell their handmade products.  However, with that being said, we wish to limit the amount of repetitive offerings.  For example, baby moccasins are already a listing on this site, so we would prefer not to list any other offerings that are exactly the same.  If you can prove that your product is unique from what is already listed, we would love to let you use Jack & July to market and sell your product.  Please contact us for more information if you are interested.

Do you have size charts?
Yes we do!  See below.
